Kinross Wolaroi Snow Trip 2009

Every year, Kinross Wolaroi hosts a weekly Snow trip in the July holidays. Over the past 20 years, the skiers and snowboarders from Orange have travelled to Thredbo, Guthega, Perisher and Blue Cow to enjoy the delights of the powder.

The group will consist of somewhere between 20 and 40 students from Year 7 through 11, of very mixed skiing ability. The last ten years have seen us staying 'on snow', giving us ski-in-ski-out privileges. Each day, students will attend morning lessons and then ski with their friends in the afternoon.

In 2009, The KWS Snow trip will again head to Thredbo. Departure date is Sunday morning July 19th, returning late on Friday July 24th. Accomodation is RIGHT ON THE SNOW! You can now pick up an information brochure from Mrs Amos in the accounts office (or see Mr Tierney in the Development Office). You must then complete the downloadable forms attached to this web page, and give them, along with your $300 deposit, to Mrs Amos.

We book rooms for the tour in GROUPS of six - so you may be placed on a waiting list until a group of six is filled.

As for any tour or holiday, we strongly recommend that all participants take out some sort of travel insurance. This will cost you around $50 and should be organised independently of this tour.
