Dramatic Arts

Drama has a vital place in the co-curricular life of the school. The School encourages all students to value dramatic performance. The Inter-house Spectacular Competition in the Secondary School encourages all students to participate in drama. The culture of performance established by the fabulous Preparatory School productions flows through to Secondary School where drama continues to expand.

Each year, the production of a variety of performances occurs at Kinross Wolaroi School. These include a Senior Student production (Years 10-12) of an HSC text at the end of Term 1, the School Musical (Years 7-12 and occasionally a Prep student) half way through the year, and a Junior Student (Years 7-9) production in Term 4.

Each year the Prep School produces two drama productions, written, directed and composed by the Prep staff, one for Kindergarten-Year 2 and also for our primary classes  in Years 3-6, whic is preformed at the Civi Theatre. These events are greatly anticipated and welcome much acclaim from the school and wider community.
