KWS employs a non-selective enrolments process to offer young people of all abilities from diverse backgrounds access to high quality co-educational opportunities from Pre-school to Year 12. Separate boarding sites are available for girls and boys from year 7.
Each year there are limited vacancies at KWS. We have a formal enrolment process and encourage interested prospective families to start the journey as soon as possible.
- An Application for Enrolment form should be completed and submitted to the School. The documentation as requested on the form must be provided with the Application for Enrolment form together with payment of the Application Fee.
- Following receipt of the completed application, you may receive an offer of a place on the Wait List for the grade and the year requested. To accept this waiting place, you must pay the Enrolment Fee by the due date. Once the Enrolment Fee has been receipted, you will receive a letter confirming the student's name has been placed on the Wait List.
- Approximately 18 months preceding the desired year of entry, the Wait List will be assessed against the School’s placement criteria, and an Enrolment Form will be sent to you for completion. The School must receive your completed Enrolment Form and any additional documentation by the due date, after which you will receive an invitation to interview.
- Students and Caregivers must attend an interview with the Principal or Head of School, after which a full offer of enrolment may be made by the School. Your acceptance of this offer is confirmed by the payment of the Confirmation Fee by the due date.
