Nestled in Orange in the Central West of New South Wales, Kinross Wolaroi School is three and a half hours drive, or a 30 minute flight from Sydney. The city is serviced by many modes of transport from all over NSW and Kinross Wolaroi School takes care of its boarders' travel arrangements to and from home at the beginning and end of term.
The city of Orange sees all seasons, and the magnificent grounds of Kinross Wolaroi School reflect this in its ever changing landscape. Mature European trees, ten hectares of immaculately groomed grounds and colourful seasonal gardens make Kinross Wolaroi a place where children have the space and fresh air to learn and grow.
When you visit our school, you will experience our second-to-none facilities. With a recreation centre, an indoor swimming complex, lush green playing fields, commercial food technology and hospitality kitchens, industrial technology workshops, a visual arts centre and computer laboratories, students have the best opportunities for practical learning right at their fingertips. The music centre, with its performance theatre and personal tutorial rooms, facilitates musical and dramatic learning and a large auditorium allows students to perform in front of large audiences with excellent musical acoustics.The School library caters for literacy and internet based research and contains an extensive fictional range for leisurely reading.
As a regional school, our environment caters for the interests of students who are from the land and wish to nurture their rural skills.
