Kinross Wolaroi School Rowing Club


There are many opportunities for parents to support the rowing program. Parents are invited to nominate for committee positions on the KWS Rowing Committee. Election of committee members occurs at the annual general meeting prior to the welcome BBQ on Saturday of the first weekend in term 3.  The logistics of rowing in Penrith and Canberra, requires considerable parent support with towing and catering for most regattas and training camps. With an ability to transport the entire club to any regatta, all rowers, including juniors are able to compete against quality fields. This has proved to be one element assisting the development of technically proficient and competitive rowers.
