The Regional Engagement Enterprise

Students from Pre-K to Year 12 at Kinross Wolaroi School participate in The Regional Engagement Enterprise (TREE), which provides cross-curricular, hands-on learning experiences outside of the classroom that are meaningful and transferable to the real world.

The TREE initiative gives students the opportunity to engage in a wide range of activities and development projects every year, highlighting the relevance of living regionally and demonstrating the importance of a well-rounded education.

The school delivers this unique program by utilising its own campus and farm at Windermere, as well as through close collaborative partnerships with local businesses, industries, government and agriculture. TREE focuses on holistically educating the individual through its Co-curricular, Pastoral and Academic Strands; equipping them with the transferable skills and cognitive agility to meet the challenges of the future.

We believe that this initiative can strengthen our bond with our local community and create endless opportunities for our students well into the future.

Director of TREE (The Regional Engagement Enterprise)
