The Head of Teaching & Learning is a senior leadership position responsible for leading the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the School’s academic program. The role provides strategic direction in curriculum design, pedagogy, assessment and professional learning, ensuring a coherent, high-quality educational experience from Kindy through to Year 12.

Kinross Wolaroi School is seeking an outstanding Head of House to lead and support our boarding community for students in Years 7–12. This is a key leadership appointment with a clear focus on student safety and wellbeing, and on enabling each boarder’s personal and academic growth.

This position is responsible to the Executive Director, Head of Junior School and works closely on a day-to-day basis within a Stage and the Director, Assistant Head of Junior School. The successful candidate will effectively manage an agenda focused on academic excellence and the incremental raising of standards. They will play a key role in the development of the School as it continues to evolve as an innovative, high performing 21st-century organisation. Employment will be offered on the basis of a maximum term, full time role commencing 31 August 2026 and ceasing no later than 8 October 2027.

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Payroll & Systems Officer is a client-focused professional known for their approachable manner, attention to detail, and strong execution capability. Employment is for a Maximum Term (12 Months).
