Parents and friends association

friend raising

The focus of P&F is communication and connection, reaching out to all associated with the school to build a friendly and welcoming community – “Friend Raising”. The P&F aims to strengthen the relationship between family, school and the wider community for the benefit of their children’s overall development and learning. The P&F is particularly instrumental in welcoming new parents into the School community via morning teas, dinners and social gatherings.

P&F Country Fair 2026

The Kinross Wolaroi School Fair is one of the most anticipated events on our calendar, bringing together students, families, the Orange community and local businesses for a vibrant day of fun, food and entertainment. In 2026, the Fair will be extra special as we also celebrate 140 years of Kinross Wolaroi School — a remarkable milestone for our community. Join us for a day of celebration, connection and enjoyment for all ages.

Fundraising Initiatives That Make a Difference

Income from fees and fundraising are used to support social and community activities and to provide resources and opportunities for enriching the environment of the School and students. The P&F have recently provided financial support for video equipment for the Performing Arts Faculty, new diving blocks for the Eric Solling Pool, and a new kitchen for the Junior School's Innovation Centre. Fundraising from the annual Fair Day has also contributed to the renovation of Wolaroi Mansion.
